Title: Simulated Annealing in telecommunication network planning

Abstract: This thesis proposes a Simulated Annealing (SA) based method for planning of fixed wireless access (FWA) in telecommunication network planning. It may be introduced as combinatorial optimization method that determines the location and capacity of base stations and end-users in a design space.
