The study established that Cash-flows from portfolio of securities, Deposit mobilization, and Net income were the major smes financing sources adopted by the bank which has a positive relationship with the bank’s profitability. Again, the challenges associated with smes financing includes the Inability of smes to provide Collateral for loans. Cost of securing a loan was too high, inability of smes to present audited financial statement, lack of education on fund credit officers.
