Inarguably, technology has made our lives easier. Electronic business has been forecasted to be a new agent of economic growth for developing countries. Online payment systems are emerging technologies that offer unique learning opportunities for contemporary and international businesses. This thesis investigates into merchants' adoption of online payment system. it also looks at the possible barriers that impedes its implementation in Ghana.
