There is no gainsaying that the provision of quality education in Africa to be specific Ghana requires adequate funding. Budgets of the various Ministries, Departments and Agencies [MDA's] are woefully inadequate due to underestimated budgets submitted to Government. The Ghana Education Service underestimates their budgets towards the Primary education in Ghana. This trend continues year after year. This project aims at getting a desired model for the educational expenditure in Ghana. The Linear Regression Model was used to get a suitable educational expenditure to overcome this barrier of always underestimating budgets presented to the Ministry of Finance. en_US
