dc.description.abstract1.1 Background to Study : The Printing Industry in Ghana is undergoing widespread change, particularly in supplying customers with what they want and in responding to the introduction of new technology. Observations have revealed that, more than twenty new Printing Presses have been established in the Kumasi metropolis within the past two years. This is an indication to the level of competition which has to be envisaged. To satisfy customers, to be successful and to make a profit while managing changes are the concern of every printing company operating today in order to survive tomorrow.en_US
