|Abstract: ||Phytochemical investigation of the stem bark of Erythrophleum suaveolens yielded four new cassane
diterpenoids; 6a-hydroxy-cassamic acid, methyl ester, 4b-carbomethoxy-14-methyltotarol, 6ahydroxy-
nor-cassamine, and 8,9-dehydro-nor-cassamine, along with four known cassane
diterpenoids. All structures were elucidated on the basis of one- and two-dimensional NMR, HRMS
and ESIMS analysis.|
