Title: Lime stabilization of a local exppansive subgrade soil

Abstract: Expansive soils are considered to be among the most problematic soils Civil Engineers have to battle with. They are known to have destroyed a lot of civil Engineering structures. A lot of monies ranging in billions of US dollars are spent each year worldwide to mitigate the effect of expansive soils.
