Title: Antobam Dairy Complex - Onwi
Authors: Amankwah, William Kofi
Issue Date: 16-Apr-1986
Series/Report no.: 1330;
Abstract: The design proposals make provision for the continuous supply of milk, butter and cheese from the complex to the regional market. Having established the feasibility of having a dairy complex, special studies were made into the various requirements necessary for maintaining an optimum daily milk production level of 2,000 litres. These include studies into the production processes; structures for housing the basic facilities as well as supporting facilities; personnel establishment; distribution and future expansion. The recommendations made, culminate in architectural expressions which would serve as a model for subsequent similar projects.
