Title: Effect of Inhomogeneity on the Transition to Zero Resistivity of Sn-doped Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O

Abstract: The resistivity data below the transition temperature of Sn-doped and Sn- free Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O have been investigated. The data is governed by a power law. The transition to zero resistivity is dominated by a percolation phenomenon which is associated with thermodynamic fluctuations of the order parameter.
